From my experience, and from talking with friends,
The hardest part about cooking is planning the menu.
Trying to schedule new, healthy, home-cooked meals takes time.
So, I thought that I would start to post my weekly menu.
Maybe these ideas will get your creative juices flowing
And if you don't already have a recipe for something I suggest,
Try finding one on pinterest or simply google it, there's so much out there!

Monday- Tri-Tip, Green Salad, Roasted Potatoes and Carrots
Tuesday- Tri-Tip Tacos, (cilantro, slaw, quacamole, salsa), rice
Wednesday- Stir- Fry (Chicken, bok choy, onions, broccoli, peppers, egg, asian noodles).
Thursday- Pot Roast Meatloaf, Quinoa, Coleslaw
Friday- Stuffed Baked Potatoes, Caesar Salad
